What is Coffee?
Coffea arabica has been used by humans for centuries, first cultivated in Ethiopia and used as a way for battle-weary warriors to re-energize. The word “coffee” is derived from “Caffa,” the province known today as Ethiopia. Over the centuries, coffee has been used in a variety of ways, including in ancient Arabia as a prayer enhancer for monks and as an aid for scholars that wished to prolong their working hours.
Also known as “mountain coffee,” the coffee plant produces fruit with seeds. These seeds are dried and commonly referred to as coffee beans. Commonly, these beans are roasted, ground and brewed with hot water to create a popular beverage today that many people consider an essential part of starting their day. Coffee’s wide usage has been valued by many civilizations around the world for centuries.

Additionally, it is useful when diffused for neutralizing unwanted odors.
